Practicing Mindfulness, or ‘moment-to-moment awareness’ throughout the day can lower anxiety, depression, and chronic pain, as well as increase our enjoyment of the ‘little things’ in life that we can overlook or ignore, to get to the next task.
Mindfulness meditation classes are offered to allow you to try out a variety of tried and true mindfulness techniques: mindful movement, yoga poses, walking meditation; and seated meditations- awareness of breath, self-compassion meditation, and more!
