A Way Out: Resources For Managing Chronic Pain 

As a somatic coach with a deep education in mindfulness training, I am offering classes and longer courses that will combine the wisdom of these therapeutic methods, to help you experience shifts in your journey- to reduce stress, control chronic pain and depression, and increase your everyday joy.

Here is the newest course offering, which we are quite excited about sharing with you!

This in-person course will start on June 16, 2024, in Sequim, WA. Class size will be limited to 16 students.

Mindfulness-Based Stress Reduction

In-person and Online Courses: In-person course begins Sunday October 6 – December 1st, 2024, from 2PM – 4:30PM

Participants strengthen their inner resources to engage in caring for themselves and finding greater balance, ease, and peace of mind. Group Meditation

Online Zoom meditation In our group meditation where we will explore different meditations, including loving-kindness, open awareness, breath awareness, body scan and movement awareness, to name a few.
