Living With The Dragon of Chronic Pain
As a somatic coach with a deep education in mindfulness training, I will be offering classes and longer courses that will combine the wisdom of these therapeutic methods, to help you experience shifts in your journey- to reduce stress, control chronic pain and depression, and increase your everyday joy.
