As a body-oriented life coach with a deep education in mindfulness training, I am offering classes and longer courses that will combine the wisdom of these therapeutic methods, to help you experience shifts in your journey- to reduce stress, control chronic pain and depression, and increase your everyday joy. Mindfulness-Based Stress Reduction

In-person and Online Courses:

Our next in-person course will begin later in 2026, on September 13th. The course runs for 9 weeks total, as one of the days (November 1st) is dedicated to the special silent retreat. Our last day of MBSR will be November 8th, just in time to have been trained in compassion and resilience to deal with the midterm elections! Let’s join together to grow inspiration and well-being as we explore healthier ways to support our mind, body and heart. Participants strengthen their inner resources to engage in caring for themselves and finding greater balance, ease, and peace of mind. Group Meditation

Online Zoom meditation In our group meditation where we will explore different meditations, including loving-kindness, open awareness, breath awareness, body scan and movement awareness, to name a few. Practicing Presence: A Day of Meditation 

All day guided retreats, in-person! Our next “Practicing Presence, A Day of Meditation”, will be on Sunday, November 1st, from 11am to 5pm. We will practice holding space for whatever life sends our way, holding and building compassion and kindness as you are led through a variety of meditations- movement and seated.
