Introduction to Mindfulness

Mindfulness-Based Stress Reduction

In-person and Online Courses

Participants strengthen their inner resources to engage in caring for themselves and finding greater balance, ease, and peace of mind. MBSR is the original mindfulness course, having been exhaustively researched and considered the gold standard for mindfulness.


Group Meditation

Online Zoom meditation

Join me for group meditation where we will explore different meditations, including loving-kindness, open awareness, breath awareness, body scan and movement awareness. This is a one hour meditation opportunity and a way to build a community to support your meditation goals. Register to be added to the Zoom.us registration and invitation list.
