A Way Out: Resources For Managing Chronic Pain

This 6 week course has been created to help you manage pain and increase your quality of life. The content is based on research that has been made around the neuroscience of pain. We will discuss how the mind works for and against our whole-body experience. Each week, you will have the opportunity to practice and experience methods that can help rewire the mind to lower stress, pain, and suffering, including various mindful meditations, short imagery exercises, breathing exercises, and conscious movement practices.

We are planning future dates: options will be an online course via Zoom and/or another course held in Port Townsend/Sequim. Please let us know your preference: Zoom / Port Townsend / Sequim / Other, and Morning / Afternoon / Evening.

    We are offering this class on a sliding scale fee basis. Please pay as high on the scale as you can – this makes the lower cost options available for those who need them.
