Somatic-oriented life coaching combines the wisdom gleaned from the choices you have made over time and refers to the body’s response(s) to the questions you are carrying now around how you might best proceed, whether your questions are work-related, in relationship with self or others, and feeling stuck emotionally or financially.
Mindful awareness of the information that the body is sending though our nervous system may sound unusual. You know the feelings of joy, anger, fear, peace and love. These- and other sensations- can be subtle, and when we learn to tune into these subtle messages, they can help us find our wisest way forward. The bodymind stores our inner knowledge of success and failure, of who we truly are when we are on a path of courage and growth.
Meditation practices help to quiet the “white noise” of the mind that is constantly churning out thoughts!
